People- Liberty- Equality-Fraternity-Responsibility

Ladies and Gentlemen, My name is Subramaniam Masilamany, I am a Tamil, today one topic is,

Let me start with this motivational quotation

“Come to the edge, no we might fall: come to the edge, No, it is too high: Come to the edge, they came and I pushed and they flew” Lord Chesterfield.

Leadership is all about making followers into leaders unto themselves. Among Tamils we neither want to you lead nor want you to follow, we want you to be your own leader. Lead yourself to the best you can be. The true test of superlative performance is failure, if you do not fail then you are not at your best. Never rest on your laurels for the enemy is creeping in surreptitiously beneath your conscious state subconsciously. The enemy is not people, it is their ignorance.

Man is born free, but he is everywhere in chains, we have to help them to breakaway and become creative. Life is creativity. Therefore every citizen must be free and feel free to be at their best.

Every Tamil family must become a nation unto itself and every Tamil must become a leader unto himself or hersef and become a scintillating performer. We have to go back and invent new methods, in the 1940s and 1950s every family was an economic political entity, that maintain cordial relations with all neighbours. At this present moment that is what we have to and will suffice. In the absence of a government of our own, we must go back to make the government, every nation went through it, we must get on with it, instead of sweating and salivating. We have to take back our freedom to live.

In South Asia, we are not facing a standing army, but a feudalistic, dysfunctional mindset of 1.2 billion in the north and 20 million in the south. Therefore we have to wage a different kind of war. We have to fight a war on ignorance and poverty. We have to fight every battle, every battle has to be fought and every battle has to be won and every son of a bitch has to be tamed. There is nothing called surrendering or giving up, for the world is full of timid and cunning animals that live by the rule of the jungle. We are not attempting to defeat people, but a mindset of primitiveness, cunningness, timidity, ignorance, indifference, stupidity, illiteracy, slavery and poverty. When freedom, democracy, equality and fraternity are threatened for the selfish purpose of a few, one has to wage a campaign to subdue the beast. Alas, today man is still a primitive animal that has to be caged, tamed and trained. Until such time it can be educated to be part of civil society it has to be disciplined to live in an orderly existence. We have a choice either we live as subservient or make them change. They can be changed and we must be the agents of change. Look at the Middle East and learn fast.

South Asia is embroiled on one side with lack of leadership and on the other side the wide spread proliferation of lawlessness and the inability to deal with it. Oligarchy in China and India is bound to fail the way it failed in mighty Soviet Union. No system will sustain and survive without deep seated free and democratic support of the people and public. It is the public that makes sovereign state. Leaders must be elected by people, not appointed by politbureau (politburo)

“Our mission is to UNITE, initiate, develop, sustain, and share the socio-economic improvement of Tamils worldwide” The concept of Governments, national borders, language, religion and class system are fast disappearing, replaced by one people, one earth. Look the Planet earth does not even appear in the map of the universe. That is how insignificant we are.
Let me pose a simple question to my Tamil fraternity, folks, friends and families? What is the difference between the Sheep and a Shepard? Which one is easier to manage and manipulate. What the Singhalese have done very successfully is to destroy our knowledge base. If you talk to the people between the ages of 25-55 you see sense knowledge-less-ness. They have a different mindset and very hard to fathom and understand them. Why, they are the victims of destruction by the Singhalese. So we have set out to neutralise, equalise and surprise them with our own plan. Every Tamil parent now knows that education is the bed rock below the foundation of any civil society. Thank God we got out in time to revive the glory of the Tamils. The burning of the Jaffna Library was done at the direction of the Mahanayake, who is implementing the agenda of Mahavamsa and managed by Mahasangha. That is the seminal source.

In any war the first thing that is done is to cut off the flow of information by attacking the command, control and communication centre. Communications is the most important single element in any community. Cut off the ability of community to communicate you have them in total disarray. Remember my fellow Tamils, SWRD Bandaranayke, JR Jayewardene and Mahinda Rajapaksa are just the foot soldiers of the Mahasangha. Listen carefully my friends, Mahasangha is the real culprit, Mahinda is all for himself. I always said Mahavamsa- Mahasangha and Mahanayake. The three points in an evil triangle. This is where the power lies and where from the orders are given. Religion is a very sensitive issue but when it becomes fanatical it has to be dealt with effectively, efficient and expeditiously.
I will tell you for a next few years things will be put off. Then they will start it again. Fool me once Shame on you fool me twice, shame on both, fool me thrice shame on me.
Take it from me; this racial issue will go on forever, till we find an equalizer. Dear folks don’t look at Mahinda look at Mahanayake. Mahanayake has no problem with the 18th amendment to the constitution. Because Mahinda delivered more Tamils head than asked for, he exceeded the quota, won’t you reward some who delivers much more than asked for? What were the Singhalese doing for the last 60 years, slowly but steadily degraded the Tamils. So we must understand the flow of personality of the Singhalese. But what I do not understand is the stupidity of the Tamils who are getting political mileage out our misery. Hence we have embarked on a re-emergence plan, it has to begin with education, and I have given below a suggested list of things to do.

This does not include South India, where they have their own government and they have their own targets.
1. 17,000 Tamil students to enrol in universities, out of which 1000 students to enrol in legal profession, 1000 students to enter Harvard, Yale, Oxford, Cambridge, MIT etc and at least another 1000 to obtain Master or doctorates

2. At least 95% of the 17,000 must enrol in Engineering, Computer Science, Investment Banking, Business Management, Accounting, Chemical engineering and advanced material management. Political Science etc. A few must enter the emerging technology disciplines.

3. We need Investment bankers, constitutional lawyers, Writers, Journalist and Creative artists, Business experts, MBAs, Politicians, Members of the Parliament and City Councillors Unity experts, professionals and counsellors, Inventors, Scientist and Researchers, Technology transfer experts

4. Ensure the family the fundamental unit of unity is not broken. The trans-generational family lineage is not disturbed.

5. 5000 new businesses of which 1000 industries and a few in emerging technologies.

6. To increase the number millionaires from 5000 to 6000 worldwide. Money can talk and sometimes talk loud.

7. 100 International patents to be filed. There are at least 10-15 patents already filed.

8. To ensure Tamil elders over the age of 50 remain healthy and vibrant to lead our next generation Take your medication, eat healthy foods and exercise regularly. No amount of knowledge can substitute for the wisdom of a living elder. Their wisdom is an absolute panacea for all life ailments.

9. Embark on Leadership, Courage and Confidence building training.

10. At least one corporation formed in each of the countries.

Here are few motivational tips
“Give a man a fish you feed him for a day, teach him to fish he will feed all his life and more” Confucius.
“Forests withstand hurricanes but single trees succumb. United we stand, stand alone we fall”

“Help some one to start a business, give him or her a head start, and buy their products and services” We do that all the time, we always hire our community to do the work, so that the money stays and circulates raising the living standard of another fellow Tamil.

“No fish can survive without water; no man can survive without a community”

Here is something Lord Chesterfield said about building courage, “ Come to the edge, no we might fall: come to the edge, No, it is too high: Come to the edge, they came and I pushed and they flew”

The easiest way you can help the community is to help yourself and your family. We have come a long way since 1960 and how we remerged since 2009 is the proof of our exacting culture. We are back in the international forum asserting our rights to freedom.
Here is another one for my people. There are about 1,000,000 Sri Lankan women working in the Middle East as maids. When an Arab man sees and talks me he thinks that I am working in Canada as a house boy in some wealthy family or when he sees a Sri Lankan woman he will say there goes another slut. Don’t call me names, I call it the way I see it. We cannot stop stereotyping and profiling. Once I asked King Mahinda when one of his maids return home pregnant, what happens to his Aryan Heritage? Destroyed or diluted? In old martial arts they hit a person across the face, on the side of the head and on the back of the head. These are treatments for certain diseases.
So from here on no Tamil should call himself or herself a Sri Lankan. We will give that honorary designation to Mahindas people. We are Tamils we are as good as Japanese or Germans, we are the creators of wealth for all. Every Tamil must make it a vow and challenge to send all their kids to the University and when next time an Arab man comes in to see you he will treat you like a human being. In Saudi Arabia there are goats in the street to scavenge, no proud Saudi will ever work as garbage picker. Are Sri Lankan sheep or are Sri Lankan goats?

What is wrong with the dark skinned people? Why do you pick the jobs that no one wants to do it? You know why? we guys are divided. We were divided and we are still remaining divided. I think if I am not mistaken, we dark skinned Indians are the only one still left divided.
70 million Tamils worldwide get united, stay together, work hard and never ever give up. We best is yet to come and we are winning. Remember May 18th 2009, young boys and girls wept incessantly, but in two years we have recovered so much, but much remains to be done. A culture is living organism and living is work in process and work in progress. There is no letting up. Pestilence is at the door step waiting for the social immune system to weaken or relax.
Thank you for listening
